Customers who booked tickets prior to 12 April 2022, and didn't download or print them at the time, will no longer be able to do so as we have moved to a new booking system. You can: collect them from Box Office; ask us to resend them; or show your confirmation on entry by logging into your account (tickets must be valid for the correct date).
